Traveling Head Mvmnt Variations (Cont)

Class Description

In this 4 week series we will learn to layer intermediate concepts of head movements on top of traveling footwork. Challenge yourself to master your change of direction and coordination of footwork and upper body movements. 💪 Increase balance, precision, control, and master leading with support, for comfort in challenging head movements! Learn to follow and adapt your body alignment for efficiency throughout head movements. 🙌 Areas of focus will include: ✅ Understand lead & follow cues for solid preparation, execution, and transitions ✅ Challenging body alignment ✅ Develop better balance while adapting through various movements ✅ Lead and follow in a clear, comfortable, and supportive way ✅ New head movement transitions and core lead + follow techniques for a safe and flowing dance & More fun stuff! 👉 Each class is 1 hour and 30 minutes, limited to 8 leaders and 8 followers MAX to ensure individual attention & feedback. ⏰Please come early to prepare for class, change your shoes, etc. as we will start on time. 🤓 PREREQUISITE: This is a LEVEL 3 Brazilian Zouk class. The prerequisites to this class series are ALL LEVEL 2 CLASSES.
